Directions to the car park for County Library, (Roden Place) and County Museum, (Jocelyn Street, Dundalk

COMING FROM SOUTH Take the M1 from Dublin to EXIT 18 for DUNDALK SOUTH (this is the first exit you meet for Dundalk). Go Round the Roundabout and Follow the signs for Belfast (past Xerox). At the Major traffic lights, filter LEFT for Town Centre, and follow road until you go over a small hill with a Tesco store on your Right. Turn RIGHT at McDonalds (which is in the car park of Tesco). At the next T junction, turn LEFT on to Ramparts Road. Go through two sets of traffic lights and just past the rear of a large church, the car park entrance for both the County Library and County Museum is on your left. Please note that this car park is at the rear of both buildings and pay parking is in operation (8.30am -5.30pm)

Coming from North: Take the M1 from North to EXIT 16 for DUNDALK NORTH (this is the first exit you meet for Dundalk). Follow road south, passing Dundalk Racing Stadium on left hand side, continue over bridge. At second set of traffic lights, Filter RIGHT for town centre. Continue down road for approximately 500 yards and the Museum will be on your Left. The Library is a little further on, also on the Left. Pay Parking on street or in front of Cathedral

Coming from West: (Monaghan / Armagh) On the M1 Take Exit 17 and Follow signage for Dundalk Town Centre. Follow one-way system to Town Square - Court House is on left hand side - follow sweep of the road for circa 300 yards and the County Library and Museum will be on right hand side).
